Well, as titled really. My mates 21st last night and we all got a bit inebriated so gimme your best hangover cures peeps! At the moment I'm feeling pretty sickly :(

Continue to drink. The chemical reaction that causes the hangover will stop and you'll feel fine.

Drink lots of water would be the sensible answer.

Grapes, lots of grapes.

Cereal normally helps me too.

Hair of the dog does work but when Im hungover I struggle to even look at alcohol.

Fizzy drink, packet of crisps and a chocolate bar - for preference it would be Irn Bru, Salt N' Vinegar Squares & a Picnic bar but really whatever is available. The reasoning is that you're getting some liquids in, replacing some of the salt that you've lost and the sugar gives you an immediate boost to feel better.

Longer term it is only time that will cure the hangover but water to rehydrate will help.

Alka-Sletzer XS in a pint of water

Another pint of water.
Back to the pub

^^In that order^^

A cure is to not drink that much in the first place.

Otherwise, water should help flush your body out.

Its a bit late now you have a hangover, but a good way to lessen it and most times completely avoid it is to drink 2-3 pints of water before going to bed after a long night on the ale.

Don't cure, prevent. When you get back from a night out chug a pint of water, down some vitamin C and eat some bread. Stay up for about half an hour to let it all settle then go to sleep.

However as people have said, Alka-Sletzer and a fry up usualy get rid of the worst of it.

Water, crisps, chocolate and excersize - get the blood pumping getting it cleaned and get a good sweat on, really clean out your system.

I think you'll find that's a prevention.

Unless of course your method actually involved some kind of temporal paradox.

PK!

Of course it does. You need to get to the speed of light first for it to properly work.
