Alright guys, i'm sat at work experiencing the worse hangover mankind has ever seen.

Your hangover cures/remediies?

Be a real man and get back on it! Get into your local 'spoons and get a full breakfast and a pint down you lol.

Only ever done this once but it does work suprisingly, felt reet after it!

I used to be able to deal with the worst ones easy. My twenties were a maelstrom of weeknight boozing and getting up for work early in the City. No more. They can last for 3 days now

The ones I use (just mix it all together)

For the week -

Pint glass > 2 x soluble asprin > Berocca

For the weekend 9guaranteed cure)

Pint glass > OJ > raw egg > shot of vodka

Some water before you sleep + when you wake up followed by bacon. Always sorts me out when I have time to do it.

Why can't you use the weekend one during the week? Why do you have seperate cures lol?

Definately water though, I can literally feel a hangover start to subside when I tank the water down in a morning. Fall asleep for another hour, wake up, bobs your uncle, reet as rain!

If you have enough sobriety left in you to remember:

pint of water + paracetemol before bed

failing that, the morning after:

poo (serious!) + water + dioralyte + paracetamol + food

or you can just get back on it

if its really bad, just waste a day and sleep it off

this is my mantra

The water before sleep is a must, but last night it seems I forgot.

Coke and bacon sandwich are underway.
I even managed to fall off my bike on the way to work this morning. I haven't fallen off a bike since I was 8.

I've started drinking milk when i have a hangover! It works wonders - but if you are feeling sick as well as hung over, i wouldn't advise it. It's only if you have a headache/feel generally ****.

Bacon/sausage sandwiches were invented because of hangovers.
