Hangovers

As ive got older my hangovers have been worst, Buy a curry on your way home from the pub and eat it cold the next morning, makes me feel better.
 
My tried and tested (many many times) cure which works a treat is simple. You just need to get a good dose of all the vital food/drink groups.

Fat
Sugar
Carbs
and Cherry Coke!!

I'd recommend a couple of packs of the fattiest shop bought sandwiches you can find, cheese and coleslaw is good, sausage and cheese great, anything like that, avoid anything that has no mayo or cheese, the fat is vital!!

Follow those with a couple of packs of crisps, ideals are hula hoops, one pack of original and one pack of bbq flavour are a perfect dose!!!

Then for a good hit of sugar that will work as a pick you up until the fat starts to give you energy, something like a big cake, or a pack of mini rolls etc.

Wash all of this down with a bottle of cherry coke (full fat of course...none of this diet rubbish).

I can guarantee you'll be back on your feet and feeling pretty good in no time at all!!!
 
Best cure for me in the morning is a pint of water and more sleep!!

For best results you need to make an attack before you go to bed :p. When you get in have a pint of water and a paracetamol. Along with basically any food and you'll feel fine in the morning!

Works for me every time I go out on the drinky and overdone it.
 
Bacon Sandwich, Banana & a big glass of OJ with Lemonade.

Coke will just dehydrate you more with the caffeine.
 
^^^ as above, get as much water down your throat as physically possible. You'll feel FAR better in the morning.
 
1) Tin of tomato soup with cheese on toast (none white). Works a treat.

2) Coffee (Caffiene) can work to remove the headache but you must hydrate well first.

3) Or just bosh loads of water and a few Ibuprofen.

Multivitamins, a banana, some water/ powerade, and a massive plate of eggs.
Then a cold shower, possibly some asprin too (the stuff with the caffiene in it)

Method to madness:
Multivitamin - Restore lost nutrients
Banana - Extra potassium
Water/ powerade - Reydration/ electrolytes
Eggs - Contain cysteine, this soaks up acetaldehyde (the hangover toxin) like a mighty hoover and also gives you some energy.
Cold shower - Get the blood flowing
Asprin - Hangover head is caused by swelling of the blood vessels in the brain, asprin thins the blood, if it's also got caffiene which reduces the swelling, it'll be even better for your head.

A couple of red bulls if you're tired too, don't chug them though else you may be in for an epic caffiene crash about mid day.

Best cure is prevention though.
Before you go to bed take a multivitamin and drink 6-8 pints of water. If you know how to open throat chug this takes basically no time at all and you feel great the next day.

Just have a pint of water before bed.

Or Don't drink.

Or try a nice big glass of coke + Bacon + Egg sandwhich.
