Hi, I recently built my dad a computer (specs in thread below):

It has been working fine until recently as he says that is has started to 'hang'/lag when opening programs or typing in a word document sometimes (for example). It is working fine when doing calculations and such but it seems that there might be a problem with the SSD trying to access things.
On the Samsung magician software there are no indicated problems and the read/write speeds are close to the targets, also the drive is nowhere near full (only about 50% has been filled or so).
He ran a virus scan recently and that turned up nothing so it's probably not a virus.
One point though is that it started to behave like this after he installed a set of Windows updates (Windows 8.1 as spec thread says) a couple of weeks ago.
