Hard drive data retrieval..

Hi folks

Basically one of my hard drives no longer shows in windows, I think its knackered. It contains all my mp3 collection about 50Gigs, is there anyway to get the data off?

The drive is a 60Gb hitachi and about 6 years old so its had a good innings.

Assuming the drive is still alive and it's just the file system which has gone south then something like File Scavenger might be able to help. You'll need to buy it but the trial will at least tell you if there's anything recoverable before you shell out.
