Crazy man, Hunter and Anarki are much harder than Xaero on nightmare...
And just because you have mentionned that, i'm going to go play through the whole of quake 3 on nightmare... not done that in a while...
The robot sonic was the easy part, i couldn't defeat doctor robotnik afterwards

Otherwise would have to be one of the last bosses in "Crock" from the PS1. seemed bloody hard back in the day, the underwater one springs to mind.
Or possibly the final battle with robotnik in Sonic & Tales on the sega master system

playing last level of mario cart snes on 150cc rainbow level
it always seems to come down to that you need to come either first or second and you can bet your life that youll get shelled or robbed just as your going for he finishing line .

ohh nearly forgot power strike on master system bloody tuff and truxton on md

i still havent managed him tbh - gave up after a week or so. ruined the game for me - the blisters have healed but the emotional pain has put me off my cube.
