Just saw this on BBC News 24 in the "breaking news" scroller along the bottom. Also found something about it on the Sky News website. Link.

This is due to various motoring offenses including using a mobile phone while driving, and driving without due care and attention.

All I can say is that I'm very happy with this news, it's about time this criminal faced punishment for her crimes.

About time...she needs to spend some time locked up or fined heavily as she committed crimes that other people would get locked up or get fined etc.

But i imagine she wont be punished too harshly ie a small fine and slap on the wrist:rolleyes:

"Labour deputy leader Harriet Harman faces prosecution for her involvement in a car smash in which she was allegedly using her mobile phone, the Crown Prosecution Service has said.

A court summons will be served on the MP for Camberwell and Peckham after a police probe into the crash in Dulwich, south-east London on the afternoon of July 3.

Ms Harman, who denies the allegations, is accused of driving without due care and attention and driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone, the CPS said.

A spokeswoman for Ms Harman said: "Ms Harman strongly refutes the allegations and will deny the charges."

Most people hate her for being a man-hater who has tried numerous times to pass laws that discriminate against white males in favour of minorities and women. Equality should equal equality, "positive discrimination" is racism.

Harman paid the fine several months late and avoided appearing at Ipswich magistrates court.[39] A Labour Party source said of her failure to pay the fine: "She made an innocent mistake. She forgot to pay on time because she was spending all her time on the deputy leadership contest touring the country."[40]"

Politically, she's a tool. Shame she didn't drive off a bridge or something..
 
I absolutely loathe harman. She is two-faced, and doesn't understand a thing about equality.

That is all.
 
Hate her - there's no such thing as positive discrimination and is one of the major reasons why I would never, ever vote for the labour party while she or forest gump are still there.

I hope they throw the book at her tbh, something that will make others think before they act. something extreme perhaps like a £100 fine and 3 or 4 day ban ought to send the right message.
