My original budget was £300 but it's coming in over £500 now. :eek:
 
Heh wish OcUK was this forthcoming ages ago, I remember never getting my copy of call of juarez when I ordered a 3870 even after sending in a webnote. Nice to see customer service improving so much. Though I don't suppose my 4870 I ordered in June counts? :p
 
I got my back-dated copy of GRID in the mail today :D

Pretty fast, I only emailed Gibbo on the Saturday (or Sunday).

Haven't had a chance to play yet though, in work at the moment :o :D

Hi Yewen,

I have added you to my contacts but I only get access to mesenger after 1830 when I get home from work, obviously you have finished for the day by then so I will miss you but I have sent a copy of all my correspondance to your e mail address on this thread so hopefully it will find you.

Guy's - anyone still without Grid who we can "reasonably" demonstrate has bought an AMD/ATI product will get GRID - subject to stocks. If you can't get hold of Yewen drop us a webnote on https://www.overclockers.co.uk/webnote.php using the presales enquiry and state my name - Rupert and we'll sort you out.

Sent a webnote just after ordering my card to include Grid so they wouldn't have to send it out again. Got a reply from a helpful chap called Andy who apologised as it had been dispatched and he couldn't check but assured me by telling me to reply if I didn't receive anything and they would sort me out. Next day card and game arrives. Very happy. cheers OCUK :D.
 
I spoke to Yewen and he said he would be personally sorting it for me.......hoping for delivery next week, I will let you know

i dont know why you would bother the nice people at OCUK asking for free copies?

my friend didnt get a free copy of grid with the 4850, so i gave him one :D..

if you dont get a copy of grid, dont worry its not worth the Ink on the DVD
