And as a 360 owner - there is no way in hell I would use mine to play music or DVDs on. The bugger is just too loud to enjoy anything like that.

mines pretty quiet when watching dvd's on it, i think its just the games is spins stupidly fast?

Yep, my fans+drive are as quiet as a Wii when playing DVDs

Snap the 360 is really quiet when watching movies etc you can barely hear it.

i dont mind the noise, i just turn the speakers up, least it loads fast
