*****HASWELL PROCESSORS, MAINBOARDS & SYSTEMS NOW IN STOCK AT OcUK!!!!*****

See what bitfenix announce next week for SFF and if they release the rumored Prodigy mATX i may go for that route. If they don't ill stick with ITX Prodigy and see what gets released

Look at the New Egg overlook of the Haswell with the Intel guy it looks like the OEM CPU now even comes in a proper Intel packaging with 3 years warranty. Can anyone confirm this at all for UK stock??

Guys

Posting from Bangkok, yes graphics is HD 4600 in Haswell, AM shall correct my error. :D

U could have listen to me next time :) I just saw via Intel Spec on Intel site :D

I think Haswell is a TJ Max of 100C as I saw other review Haswell overclocked 4.6GHz at 91C (too much heat) out of 100C tjmax is well dangerous and that's was Corsair H100i. (vcore is 1.344v) It appear Haswell had an awful TIM by Intel than Ivybridge. Worse heat problem.

Very very true! I agree! And I think it still USB 3 bug and never will ever fixed !

As far as I know it's a problem with the CPU not the chipset, only ever occurred in C1 steppings (only C2 is shipping as retail) and only happened with really ****** USB memory sticks anyway, even then only when the machine was put to sleep. So I can't see the problem myself.

I had ended up brought USB 3.0 Hub (four USB 3) and the problem had disappear!

Hopefully Intel get bashed by AMD when they release their new range of cpu's maybe it will wake intel up!

Intel appears to be resting on its laurels now, hardly any performance increase and despite world wide knowledge that cheap thermal paste limited the potential of ivybridge and everyone kicking up a fuss over it, they have done it again. It really shows they could care less what the end user wants, instead they will give as little performance increase as they can and call it a success when the enthusiats want better performance!

Why dont they put a bit more effort in at least the K cpus? I really want AMD to crush intel but can't see it happening.

Guys how come the 3770K is £5 more than the 4770K?

it is known old tech goes up in demand.

you should have been around back in the amd x2 days/x3 days and back when ddr3 started replacing ddr2 yet ddr2 was still in high demand and the ram value because it was no longer made shot up like a rocket. or was that ddr when ddr2 came out?
