I have to disagree. Lycra is for cycling, not running

Running tights? Very handy in winter or occasionally for rainy weather. I don't think I'd wear lycra shorts for running but lycra does have a place in running.

Was going to say, sunning tights. Never used them before but winter is coming and I picked up a pair of sexy, buttock highlighting, running shorts.

I also see a lot of running wearing compression shorts in races which is likely Lycra based.

I like Ron Hill stuff. One of my favs is the Trail Microlite Pant. Hardly know you're wearing them when worn. If they get wet they dry very quickly just from body heat.

The Tracksters have are more of a cloth feel though probably still some type of treated Polyester.

Yowch. After not running for about 18 months I did a 4 mile jog in boxers + loose fitting jogging bottoms.

You can now call me the Master Chafe.

That lycra is suddenly not looking so bad.

Loving my Spandex running tights early this morning (-1*C). Plus I look so sexy in it!

Accidental ended up color synced as well, My Syncony Ride 7s are in neon green, the running tights have neon green stripe up the leg and my new Under amour long sleeve running shirt was also neon green.
