Hats causing baldness

Nope,i have been like this since i was 21 and didnt really wear hats.

Have you noticed how many men that are bald nowdays seems more,i am just waitng for that pill that will be ready in 10 years so i can have a King Kurt hairstyle:eek:

I just have a gut feeling that hats interfere with the scalp's need to "breathe". Maybe too much humidity builds up under there?

If you wear a cap it will stop you growing any taller.

This one guy did it from the age of 12, he now struggles to pick up women as he is often mistaken for a minor.

I also suspect excessive beer drinking can cause it. My theory is it is full of estrogens and triggers a negative feedback loop in the endocrine system which stimulates the release of hormones which cause baldness.

I think hats are full of female hormones too. They warm up your head, and the hair follicles open, and then the female hormones seep into your head causing baldness.

I'd imagine wearing a hat constantly would have effects on the scalp, especially in heat and a lot of sweating and the like. But I haven't seen anything to suggest that it causes baldness, maybe exacerbating the symptoms?

Again, I've not seen anything.

Apparently wearing hats and genetics do affect your hair growth. Me and my dad are bald but he says it was my grandas fault cus he had a bit of a hat fetish.

You really need to get that sort of quality evidence posted in some sort of scientific journal. Would be a shame if that wisdom were lost to the world.
