yes. took a while but in the end i managed by tilting it all around and moving the tubing a bit
Check for air pockets and bubbles, now if i was you, make sure you get them all out, they sneaky little buggers

What temps were you getting on the 6970 under full load? I'm considering sticking watercooling in my Haf-X too, I have a 6950 flashed to a 6970, however it sits at around 90 degrees when under loadthink I need to do something about that

How much research you put into water cooling and how challenging it is first time custom watercooling ?
Also do all custum water cooling come with more or less standard components?
Psst!! You can tell I am noob in water cooling
hours and hours and hours... and hours reading up on stuff.
The things you need to focus on are the thread size (G 1/4) tubing size, It will be ID and OD. Make sure the barbs/fittings you buy will fit with the tubing and also make sure you don't cut back on anything.
Before you buy, make sure you get a spec check done.
Doing it for the first time, I was pretty confident as I did lot of research and I had a lot of help from others in the various threads I have on the internet!
Make sure you don't mix metals, although that isn't that much of a problem anymore.
Finally, However stupid your questions, ASK!

I got it to 5ghz fully stable and then brought it back to 4.2. It's fine being overclocked - JUST STOP DELETING MY ****ING OVERCLOCK PROFILES MORON!!!
