Hi all Just installed windows on my Western digital Caviar 500GB SATA 16mb Cache Hard drive. Windows xp is installed and a few other programs such as microsoft office 2003 and not much else realy.
The hard drive is set into two partitions. One 65GB partition for XP and another 400 GB for games and music ect. Thing is though when i right click on properties under the Drive C 65 GB partition it shows that there is 7.5 GB taken when realy there is only 5GB of space allocated from XP installation another programs and nothing else.
I dont know if this is something to worry about but im concerned. I have no idear what could be the reason of this and its worrying me. Theres only 5GB taken up even though it says 7.5GB?
