My raptors failed in raid 0 and I have managed to install an OS successfully on one but the other says failed to load an OS on boot and then while trying to install an OS onto the drive it is not recognised. However it can be seen in my bios. Does that mean its dead? It showed one drive as failed and the other as ok during the bios screen of when it failed in raid 0.

I managed to format the drive and then install windows 7 on it however when I restarted it failed to load an OS saying insert cd into boot device or something and I inserted the windows 7 cd back into the drive and it tried to re-install windows. I then restarted and made sure boot device was the hd but I kept getting stuck in this loop.
I then decided to continue with the boot from cd-rom and re-format yet again and it showed as 24/36gb so windows had been installed, I formatted anyway and while installing Windows there was some kind of error 0x000000 type of errors <- not specific code. Does this mean the HD is broken then as I have my other HD running fine.

I decided to format my raptor again in my main pc using Windows 7 and after booting into windows I checked the drive for errors and it revealed everything was working fine.
I then removed the drive but when booting up it still showed both versions of windows 7 inside boot manager. I then tried the 1st one and it says boot manager missing install the required hardware. I downloaded easybcd and removed the raptor boot and disabled the screen so now it boots correctly into my samsung hd.
I have yet to try my raptor inside my old pc because I need an agp gpu before it works, will I have a problem trying to boot into windows on my raptor because even though I removed the HD the boot option was listed under my samsung hd when I pressed f11 and selected the samsung drive as my main boot device it was giving me 2 options.
