For the xt its like they just chopped that block in half,probably could have fitted one other into the current design.

If you look at the link you can just about see that the HSF has 3 heatpipes instead of 2.
On another note, my idle temps in AMD GPU clock tool are always lower than ATITOOL. Infact, I idle at about 51c in AMD clock tool, but when I fire up ATITOOL, my idle temp starts to rise.
I'm pretty sure ATITOOL is raising my temps somehow.
