Hi, have you checked that it is a hardware fault and not an OS installation or malware problem? If it's a hardware fault with the drive itself then it should be covered under warranty.
Suggest you first make sure all data is backed-up, and then check the drive's SMART status (e.g. with hdtune or crystaldiskinfo) and run a full diagnostic using the drive manufacturer's diagnostic tools (if it fails these normally tell you an error code which you may need for an RMA).
