hdd not there

hi
i have just built my new rig
installed windows 7 onto ssd
my only problem is the samsung second hdd doesnt appear
when i go into my computer

Have you formatted the drive?, If not it will not show in My Computer.

Right ckick on computer and click manage then on the left go to disk management and you can create a partition and format it from there.
