HDD Problems

Firstly this computer was brought from overclockers and completely built for me so I'm not sure if im allowed to go inside and poke around but anyway.

PC is only a few months old and about 2 months after having it i got a windows 7 error about my hard drive having a problem and i have to make sure i back up (majority of important stuff is on a external HDD anyway) however since then i've had loads of problems, pc freezes, very slow running and at times troubles turning the damn thing on. So i got diagnostic app and run it to see what the problem was.

It came back saying i had a error in "reallocated Sectors Count" Now i have no idea what that means but it does say "bad" in big capital letters, now the hard drive in question came with the PC and it's a Seagate Barracuda 500 GB (ST3500418AS). I would fix it myself and get a new HDD and install windows 7 on it, however i haven't got the CD as to my knowledge it was a oem, i have the key on my tower ofc but nothing to install it on a new HDD.

So simply what do i do? or maybe what can i do?

Thanks for any help

Your going to have to RMA the HDD regardless but in the meantime you could buy another HDD, download a copy of Windows 7 which is perfectly legal and then use your key to reinstall.
