HDD temp 64 degrees???? is that bad

hey, just installed HDtune to look at my old HDD in this laptop as its coming up to 5 years old now give or take and every so often i get a popup sating critical hard disk temperature, should i be worried about it?

YES
That is too hot even for a lappy hdd in my opinion

yes, far too hot. chances are some internal fan has died, either pull it apart and replace the broken part or get one of those laptop cooling trays

That's almost as high as my gpu on full load.

HDDs temps shouldn't be over 45 degrees at load if you want the HDD to survive over a year.
