Hi, I am here regarding the WD raptor HDDs. I am planning to get 2 Raptor HDDs and configure raid 0. I will mainly just put games on this 2 HDDs. Files, musics etc on another drive. My main concern is, will the 74GB X 2 Raptor HDD be enough? Or would it be better if I get the 150GB X 2?

Can I ask why you want Raid0 and also if you are aware of the positives and negatives of it already?

For what it is worth 2x74gb should be enough for Windows, some programs and quite a few games easily.

How many games and what do you have?
A single SATA drive seems pretty nippy. I wouldn't pay extra for a few seconds saving on load times. Not exactly I'm waiting for loading screens.

Yea, the negativity of raid 0 is really heartbreaking if it ever happens Lol. Are the chances of breaking down in raid 0 high tho? If one 10k RPM raptor HDD is more than enough, then I will prolly get the 150GB one and just store the rest in other drives.
