Price wise there is about £4 between the Seagate & WD 400GB HDDs, with the Seagate giving a 5 year warranty, performance wise I would think they are pretty much the same, comparing the 7200.10 against the WD "KS" range.
Personally I would go for the Seagate 7200.10, I have 2 of the 320GBs and am very pleased with them.
seagate imo, i used to use WD but they ALL died so i have all seagate and they are fantastic drives u dont need me to tell you ask any one that has one
