Yes, after clicking "Request Tickets" you get put into a queue saying your wait (max 15 minutes of more). or taken to the success of fail page straight away.

Do a quick test, add a Closing Ceremony ticket to your basket, and try and request that (obviously you won't be buying it, as it's £1500). I just did, and got given allocation straight away.
