Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Minute Meals seem fairly healthy and look very tasty, so try catching the TV Series.
To add, a bit of exercise daily, even 20-30 minutes of walking, will also make a difference to your BP.
Bit of a thread hijack but it’s about eating healthier, sort of.
I like Dolmio bolognaise sauce, but if I didn’t want meat, what kind of vegetables could I use in place of meat?
