fat is extremely healthy for you and essential in your daily diet, in fact a lot of bodybuilders drink oil and take oil capsules for that very reason. in moderation it is fine, so long as your not using huge amounts its perfectly good for you.

Bah, in no way was this thread sensible enough to be moved to 'La Cuisine'; I thought my thread got purged or something! As a lover of french cooking, i am insulted. I was looking for some mayo based banter and i got usurped to a dead corner of the forum that I never ever visit!

I do, but not to the point where the tuna is dessicated, and there's always going to be some residual water left over. Not good enough.

Just press down on the lid and you get rid of the liquid, it's easy.
