FYI eating cheese actually triggers your brain's opiod receptors in the same way addictive drugs do. We get the same kick from eating cheese that drug addicts get taking their drug of choice. But for us cheese isn't addictive, so we get all the benifits and few downsides (heart disease, obeasity, high blood pressure etc). But alas I gave up animal products a few year ago. I miss cheese, especially at Christmas
