Help building a HTPC

I am looking at putting together a HTPC, however slightly confused over the components I need to do this as its something I am not too familiar with.

I already have a bog standard PSU.... are the rest of the components what I need and fit together? Any savings would be appreciated - I just need it for watching movies on, spotify etc.

I'm also looking for a cheap HTPC since my current Acer Revo has started getting pretty hot and sounds like it's about to take off.

This looks like a good spec. However, and please forgive my ignorance as I haven't built a pc for some years now, but aren't all of the above builds missing a power supply which would probably add another £30? And on the one I've quoted, I think the motherboard only has two SATA slots so wouldn't be able to take the two HDDs and the Bluray drive. This is less of an issue for me as I have a NAS so will just stick to the SSD.
