I'm using Powerpoint 2007 and i tried using the publish to Word as handouts option.
Problem is its a 25 page powerpoint presentation at 1.5MB but when i transfer it to word it turns into a 50MB file which i can't email.
If it has to be in word (and a reasonable size) then one way is to open the presentation in powerpoint and save as .jpg, this will save all the slides in a folder which can then be pasted into a new word document. The reason the word file is ending up so large is that each slide is embedded as a powerpoint object rather than a static picture.
Surely the easiest option is to just e-mail the presentation itself though?
