Help- Format Question?

Make sure you make a back up first as it will delete all your data. My Computer> Select Drive> Right click> Format assuming your using Vista.

Yes i am using vista however i tried doing what you sujested but got window saying: you cannot Format this Volume, it contains The Version of Windows That You Are Using.

I think i may of sorted it out now as i Downloaded Something Called "OBAN" onto a disk and Run which cleared my Hard Drive And is now letting me install Windows Vista Ultimate.
