solved i think, ill restate tomoz its installing now, but its xp not win7, because it seems my win7 was corrupt -.- but then ill see if can install win again.
but with an i5 2500k processor it'll be done in no time!
The whole win7 OEM reinstall thing is pretty much a myth. You're allowed to do it as long as you don't substantially changed your system to effectively create a new system. How they would know either way is beyond me.
