Help! Locked myself in my room

You might be like the Boy Who Could Fly, sit on your windowsill and believe. Hey presto you're soaring over the roof tops.

Failing that, either improvise and get the door open, or sit tight. I presume your bedroom is a survivable, non-hostile environment?
 
Man, now I'm hearing noises and stuff. Doors opening and closing. But no-one replies when I call out :S

I'm worried.

Still trying to open the hole, but got nothing to go through it. No screwdrivers, and beneath the 5m drop is concrete/grass.

Depending on what's beneath the 5m drop, why don't you lower yourself out your window so you're hanging by your arms. Then it'll be just over 3m :)
 
Could you send a text message using the interet to someone to come and get you out.

Seconding the picture of both the door and the drop. Perhaps you could set up a flash game about how to leave the room much like that purple room game.

Who/why would you close a door with no handles on? and you said you were deaf, why call out, you wont hear them shout back.

even if you're mega thirsty, you'd be fine until this time tomorrow :p

You've got 3 situations, if the bars there, get a shirt, clamp it round and you'll be able to twist it.
If not, kick it if it opens outward, if it opens inwards hook a finger (or if not, a pen, something like that) in it and pull.
