Yes, but not 100%. I can still speak/shout out, and my mom would know to shout back, or at least attempt to open the door.

do you have any knives? a normal butter knives or a pen knife?

you need 2 of them, jam them down the side of the lock (left side) and pull the latch back, use one knife at a time to pull it, then push the other in hard to keep it in the same place, whilst using the first knife again to pull it further.

you 'might' be able to use 2x cd's to do the knife method i said above..
