Help me sort my head out. :(

TBQFH, i kinda felt a bit of sympathy when i read tyour original post, but honestly right now i just think your as much of a player as her...
the fact that you met someone new who you got on with and liked and then slept with behind her back, didnt tell her and then had the gall to be angry at her because she "ruined" your weekend with the lads..Seems kind of selfish and inconsiderate to me.. and kinda soudns liek she was well shot of you... remember the old saying just because you were abused is no exscuse to become an abuser...
as you say you do this every year (if i read correctly) so why if it went badly this once for the sake of doing something nice for someone else then why was it such a big issue?
to mee you sound like a bit of a selfish person in some regards and also afraid to be alone, basically you sound like you want her and will stop at nothing to get thigns back to the way they once were...

its never going to return to the way things were no matter hwo much you delude yourself, this isnt going to happen....
She is a head doer and is gettign exactly what she wants, someone she can manipulate and tie round her little finger, to play with when she feels like it..
You do need to sort your head out and stop luiving in a fanatsy world, thats what your doing, may not be apparent to you but thats the jist of things...
living in a world where she is still the nice person you thought she once was, a world where the issues in the past dont matter...
give your head a shake and sort it out come back to reality and realise that you are better off without her, maybe see if you can get back out there and try meet some good lasses, delete every number you have for your ex and cut her out, ignore, may not be pretty buts it s the best in this situation...
this has been said many times, but you havent taken any action...
its liek you expect the situation to fix itself without trying...
NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN UNLESS YOU DO SOMETHING
so do something about it and get shot of her, for good......
