I'd have thought that someone on either renault or clio forums will be able to tell you, unless one of the clio owners here knows.

I've not read about a pin out + led mod for my clio diag port, think the standard renault fee is £50 for a diag

Should at least have an OBDII port i'd have thought on something that new so if worst comes to the worst you should be able to get a cable and some software, hook up a laptop and read the codes yourself that way.
