Help needed, Upgrading CPU...

Above you will find a link to the CPU I am currently looking to buy. Could anyone clarify for me if the specs that I have listed below (My current components) will be able to handle this new CPU without having to change anything.

Having checked Gigabyte, no it wont, most it will take is a 95W version X4 955, wont take higher or the 125W version
Edit: And youll need F6 BIOS for that

In that case which AM3 MOBO and DDR3 Memory would you recommend me buying so that the CPU would be compatible?

Price range for the MOBO and MEMORY in total, around £200..

Look's like i'll be sticking with the RAM suggested then ;(

Also i noticed that the RAM you suggested specifies that they are suited to an INTEL build, rather than an AMD build, also there order status is "Pre-Order". Are there any other alternatives you could suggest?
