help new rig keeps crashing in games?

Try just 30minutes atm,and see howmuch CPU v is being used

ok I done a blend test this morning and the results was like this (core voltage min 1.240v ave 1.248v load 1.256 that was on cpu z. now on ai suite2 there was a slight difference in voltage by +0.006 not sure which is more accurate my temps also didn't go over 51 c that reading was from ai suite 2 aswell.

I doubt you'd run 16gb at 2400mhz anyway on ivy

you might run 1800mhz or 2000mhz with some more cpu/vtt voltage

I would be happy with 1866mhz if I could I read that you wont really benefit more than that on ivy. also would like to do a 4.5ghz cpu overclock. any ideas after running prime 95 my cpu usage stuck at 100%

it could have stuck? idk

but if you quit prime it should downclock itself again

you should be able to hit 4.5ghz and 1866mhz ram,EDIT you have asus board

try 1800mhz first with 1.10v cpu/vtt (not cpu voltage)
and try with +0.025v cpu offset

and set medium loadline calibration and manual pci/cpu clock of 100
