Help no input signal!

Noooo - please don't give up so easily, you would be amazed how many systems we get working here.

Is this adapter the one that came with the graphics card, or a different one?

Also, what is the make/model of the monitor that you are using?

Would you be able to take some pictures of the motherboard connections?

Also can you give us the full specs of the machine including makes and model numbers?

With this information we should be able to help you a lot.
 
a friend came to look at it and with the old motherboard he couldn't figure out y no picture we tried removing the gpu too, with another motherboard the power would not even come on and we had the powercables Inc powerswitch cable hooked up per the manual. guessing the two motherboards are faulty and thus need a thirdddd....
 
Any chance of getting the things asked for in post #21?

I'd really like to be able to help other than recommending you a new motherboard that you may not even need. The chance of two motherboards in a row being faulty is very low - it is much more likely a problem somewhere else.
