Help problem solving PC that won't boot please

@Plec - I have a working PC now :)
The new motherboard and CPU works a treat and the new cooler and no graphics card make it so much easier for me to sort out the various wiring.
I did test the 980Ti and it works fine but have gone back to on board graphics.
So it looks like it was the Asus X99 that was faulty.
Thanks for all your help.
 
Great stuff, @Drewb - glad to read the build went smoothly and that you're pleased with the results.

*Sell that CPU quickly before Ryzen 2 surfaces as there may be glut come July if Ryzen's performance comes close to peoples expectations/hopes...
