I don’t have a GPU as I’ve passed down my previous setup to my nephew, are these new graphic cards worth the wait or are they going to be overpriced compared to other good options that are likely to drop in price? Everything else sound good I like the though of a premium look with all the lighting etc, and I don’t mind paying extra for premium as you said I’d probably end up going for the 12700k, im so indecisive with choosing a build just open to ideas for the minute!The new GPUs aren't likely to be until after September at the earliest, probably closer to December.
Intel , AMD and Nvidia are all likely to release GPUs around the same time.
CPUs will be getting more expensive with inflation and intel warned it's going to raise prices because material costs are going up, AMD will inevitably do the same.
probably worth just buying a CPU and everything else now, but keeping whatever GPU your using now.

you can save money on the ram by going to 3200mhz £25 or so or just dropping to 16gb, 32gb is over kill but most people are going to want 32gb anyway, I know I did.
Case is kinda expensive but I have the same one except I went for the pure white one, and it's a really nice case, everything about it feels premium. you can definetly save money on a case like going for a 4000d or so which would be a £50-£60 saving
you can probably save money on the PSU but according to my research the corsair ones are more likely coil whine with UK volts.
there's definitely cheaper options for the cooler but with my 12700k I'm idling literally 2-3c above ambient and eve when my room was 35c it still wouldn't go above 67c in benchmarks.
it will beat any AIOs, there are cheaper coolers that are almost as good though which I'm sure someone will recommend
I have both an sn850 and a samsung 980 pro NVME drives and this is the difference between them.
your probably wouldn't notice a difference but to me paying the extra for whats essentially twice as good random read/write seemed worth it.
just stick with an sn850 unless you need something to strecth your budget up anyway though
Yes I agree but I’m so indecisive and I really want to make an amazing build.. I’ve tried doing research but there’s so much to it! Only component I’m sure of is the 32gb trident ram! Everything else is just a blur and im sorry to the people I havnt replied too! Just all these upcoming GPUs I have no clue about!
