Help us not get rinsed for a scratch

Just lol if wife forgot to mention "oh and it was a £250k Lambo"

Doesn't match any of the SUVs I'm familiar with though it has a bit of a VW group look to it - so Urus probably a good chance. If so good luck with that being cheap.

Based on the tag line at the bottom of the plate I'm assuming it's owned by one of the vets so definitely not going to be an old banger.

I'm intrigued as to what car it actually is - the silver/gray bit of the bumper should be a giveaway but I can't find it on searching autotrader for yellow suv's :)

That looks like pretty low ground clearance for an SUV. Even a Urus sits much higher and the front bumper design is different anyway.
Do you know exactly what car it was krooton? I'm just curious, not trying to pick holes in your story.

From the picture I assumed it was a grey car with some yellow accents (which may or may not be factory original)

No idea, I wasn't there else I would have catalogued way more than a single picture, but my poor wife was pretty shook up about it.

I think the yellow is custom accents possibly as the lady said the paintwork was just recently done (though that sound sus to me).

It's a 2001/51 suv, no .. unless it's a classic surprising if it doesn't have a few dings .... and the owner a pot of yellow paint ? and open to a small cash option.

maybe the bumper has been off before, accounting for misalignment, at that age some of the plastics become more brittle.

3D gel plate saying "BO5" - I reckon vanity plate.

Might be company car, or the car of the owner of a company, after doing some classic OCUK detective work, but no luck finding out the make.

Google street view the car park, you may find if it was done recently and they work there, the car can be seen in the car park.

No dice, old company address no longer active.
But I have found the driver on LinkedIn, lol, the internet is crazy if you know how to use it.

if you put the name on the number plate into search engine does the lady on the web page match the lady your wife hit? maybe then you may be able to find the vehicle.

sounds like she does if you have details.

I don’t really ‘get’ the blinging up of work vans.

Surely the idea is to not make it stand out so the scum of the U.K. are less inclined to break in and steal your stuff.

.... Is the spacing on the rest of the plate legal , and, that border line
(neighbour has plate starting M6, but with a bolt at bottom of 6 it looks like M5)
