Help...went to apple store for a browse

Not going to go into debt over it, but might temporarily do that until my bonus comes through....GFs PC is <in truth its more the GF winging about her PC that is> about to die either on its own or go out the window forcefully.

lol anything for a quiet life!

/EDIT: YAYAYYAY 200th Post!

You seriously don't want to see the PC I have to use in work (or did use, new job ahoy!)

I'll post pictures soon :D

I love my Mac Book Pro and loves Mac's but I dont share the same love for OSX, as i tend to use Vista on it more than OSX.

Runs and hide :D

I'd normally kick you in the nuts, but as I'm putting Vista on my next Mac then I can't really say anything.

What version you got installed? Any benefits between Ultimate Vs. Other 4?

Can't say I've ever been to one!

Must resist............ the urge........ to find out ........ where my local store is!

Edit**

Nearest store is Exeter which is around 100ish Miles away!

Just as well I'm off there for training in April! :)

I have to wander past the new one in Exeter back from uni every day. The torture!

I don't know if this is true for all apple shops, but check it out. If you go and stand near the back, no-one in the apple shop casts a shadow!

I went in with my girlfriend, could so easily see myself leaving with an iMac, 2x MBPs, airport, shiny speakers, iphones, the lot. :(

I just have premium installed 32bit Did try 64bit but no drivers for trackpad etc, I find it works really well. I'm the fisrt person to say vista is crap on a normal laptop but it runs great on My MBP :D

I've said it before in time i will use OSX more but for the moment i just use vista as all i do is surf the net on it when I'm at my girlfriends.

I agree with you totally! I went into the Regent Street store before I bought components for a custom PC (Don't know whether I regret not getting the 24" iMac now or not) but they are so nice! I just don't like the fact that you can't upgrade very easily..

Oh well.. Ive got a PC now.. :(
