6 Intel threads vs 16 AMD threads. Don't get me wrong but only a BLIND Intel supporter would recommend that crap.
There are enough YouTube videos explaining the poor microstutter on i7-7700K which has even more threads - up to 8 compared to the 8600K with its 6.
And another post proving it:

Don't get me wrong threads is great, 16 will help my friend cut 5 days of rendering to about 4 - in PUBG in its current state , means nothing
If threads was key we'd all be using Thread ripper
Also when Gibbo quoted that, Ryzen was brand new and smashed old Intel , and still does in some areas . He's a damn good sales men as mentioned , and know that from friends first hand one model of Ti recently released in UK segment was down to himself
Also, should look at my posts to see the b350 boards quoted. Quite a lot
