Well, there is no CPU connector then, the only ne labeled CPU is a six pin.

Can you take a photo of the cable and sure one of us will tell you where it goes but the CPU power cable is definitely either 4pin or 4pin+4pin or 8pin

Take your time it's easy to get frustrated as said before take a break have something to drink and go back to it. Once you have done it once then it all becomes easy from then on

Ok, now that the CPU power is sorted, now it's time for the front panel stuff, anyone got a diagram for that? The one on the motherboard is confusing :s

Thanks, by the way, something's up with my front USB connector, it isn't long enough to reach the actually connector, any way of getting round this?

The standard orientation then. The way 99.9% of motherboards are oriented, and the way the OP's is too... :rolleyes:

You sure it is not just cable tied up or caught somewhere in the case as they are made usually with plenty spare cable

Buy an extension or strip the cable and extend it. If you could post a picture of how far away it is we can advise more.

I'll try to get a picture. Honestly, it's 1 pin off of being perfect, it's a little bit angled, and the photo I'm about to provide shows me pointing to it.

It should be long enough. Make sure you are trying to plug it into the USB front panel header and not the front audio or firewire headers.

Looks like its got its wires wrapped around the USB 3.0 connector. I can't see a way around that.
