Does it happen when u install and use factory reset option and have you tried min install not full install of drivers?

Could be one of the amd audio drivers when amd drivers install causing it u know.

As amd installs a amd hdmi audio device driver and amd stream audio driver and if u got onboard enabled then it could be conflicting between one of them. So after install go to device manager and right click and disable realtec driver and amd stream driver so hdmi one is left providing thas how u want ur audio to be used.

Yes & no i haven't tried a min install

Also make sure to stop any antivirus prgs when installing drivers incase for some daft reason its blocking any files during installation.

Also if freesync is on after installation u can try turning that off in drivers to test to see if its that causing the issue as well tho it shouldnt but no harm testing it.

My monitor isn't free sync compatible. Its got G-sync

I don't think i can turn off g-sync. It only gets used if i have a nvidia card inside

I just dont get ot how i found out that with no drivers installed there is no problem (under device manager its called a microsoft something) but when i install the AMD driver that stuttering happens

I just don't understand
