Hey guys, I'm attempting to apply for job, however, the application form is in .rtf file format. The document contains things like check boxes and stuff (which should, in theory at least, "check" when clicked) however, I can't manipulate or modify these items.

I'm using openoffice at the minute, and have tried various different versions of the software with no luck.

Sigh!

Thanks.

I'm sure you're just supposed to print it our or mark it some way. AFAIK there is is no standard "checkbox" attribute in rtf, so it's probably just an empty box character.

Not in an RTF file it doesn't.

*edit*
here's the trick ;)

But I use Wingdings;254;168

Which gives you a checked and unchecked box,
