Help with SSD

Hi guys i got a new ssd today and i used true image to copy over the stuff from my hdd, now i only want windows 7 and a few games installed so i was wondering what files can i delete and not affect windows
 
incase it helps im aiming to have no windows on my hdd but all my files like music and videos and no files but windows and 3 games on my ssd
 
i cant i have lost my windows disk and my code went with my old case as it was attached to the side :/
 
Download and run AS SSD. Look to the top left. You should see some green text that reads
msahci - OK
102400 - OK
The number can change (and it may even say iastor/amdsata etc) but if it says 'OK' then your partition on the SSD is aligned correctly.
If it says 'Bad' then you need to read up on how to ensure the SSD partition is aligned. You may need to perform the cloning again in this case.

Assuming everything is aligned, reboot and go into your bios. Make sure that the PC is set to boot from the SSD FIRST (i.e. it's the first in the boot order). Save and exit.

Now shut down the PC and unplug the mechanical/old HDD. Boot up. If all goes well and you boot into Windows this indicates you can safely delete everything from the old HDD. So power down, reconnect the old HDD and do whatever you want.
