hi i'm looking to upgrade my graphics card , current card is a nvidia gtx295, which was ok untill the new direct 11 games came out , cod and fry cry 4.

can't make my mind up with either a single nvidia gtx970 card or

nvidia sli gtx760 set up ?

please advice , thanks for any help given .

motherboad : Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 AMD 990FX

I really wouldn't suggest SLI 760's personally, If you can wait till just after Xmas then the 960 should put in an appearance and it might be just what your looking for if your prepared to SLI a pair of cards. they could well be in that £160-£200 bracket.
Of course the 970 is a great card it overclocks well and really fly's I have one myself.
You could also get one now and add another latter on.

ok, going to order either

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming 4096MB GDDR5

or

Inno3D GeForce GTX 970 "iChill Herculez X4 Air Boss Ultra" 4096MB

which is best ??

If I were you, I would choose the G1 - it's clocked slightly higher, plus the small fan on the iChill might get louder in time. Just make sure you have enough space in the case, the Gigabyte is quite a long card.
