I'm experiencing a strange issue, when I first boot up and play a game I'm getting flawless performance, but after about 10 to 20 minutes my FPS drop by half. the GPU is running between 60 and 70 degrees and the CPU below 60 degrees. I have done a disc and memory check and they both came back good. I have done a driver sweep and a clean install of the drivers and that didn't solve the issue, so I am at a loss as to what could be causing the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

is it the PC in your sig that is having the issues?

as Coles said, does it happen in all games? do you have a OC on the processor or GPU?

might be worth lowering the OC down a bit (if its the 1 in your sig) and see if that helps.

what OS are you running?

when did you notice the issue?

did anything change around the time you noticed it at all?

are you using a SSD or are you still using a normal HDD?

how does the PC run when not gaming? do you have any other issues at all like BSOD?

maybe check that your bios is up to date as well

Well I was getting BSOD when I tried to enable shaowplay but judging from some forums its a common issue, my pc seems to be running ok. I'm using a hdd, 500gb seagate and I have a 1tb hdd installed aswell. Really annoying, I waited for the PC version of GTA v an now this happens.

How olds your psu ? It may be struggling a bit if its getting on.

GTX 780 - 42A and a 600W PSU minimum
