Helpdesk software

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any cloud based helpdesk software that can also work with LDAP integration? Would also need to be fully brandable and allow for tickets to be logged and created through a portal as well as email. Doesn't need to be anymore complex than that, as it will purely be used for tickets and that alone.

I can highly reccomend manage engine's service desk plus. I use at at work with both the web portal for logging tickets and having them logged via e-mail. It also integrates with LDAP as you wish as this is what we use.

I'm using the enterprise edition as the priority matrix and change management modules are essential for us but if you dont need these I think the free one would do what you need.
