This system looks brilliant, I do love the look of the copper pipes. I'm just wondering will the pipes not tarnish/oxidise since they are copper and do you find it easier working with copper or acrylic?

imho copper can look even nicer when oxidised, maybe not the desired effect here, but the patternation can look amazing...

Damn, that's really bad. Was it insured?
Having said that, I guess it's difficult to insure against the hours and hours of work that goes in to creating a one-off machine like that.

That's terrible news to hear. I really enjoyed the build to the point it made me build mine. I've seen on your other thread that ASUS are helping out with replacement parts which is good of them. UPS should be covering it to be honest.

I'm sure you'll make it just as awesome the second time round.
